Condition Perfect except for a small factory flaw. See the photos below. They show and area where the edge has been touched by a tool when the glass was still hot. Some parts of the edges are smooth other parts raised. The overiding factor pointing to a factory flaw is that the iridescense continues into the flaw. If this was later damage there would be no iridescense, just the underlying glass.
